iPhone 5: Not a real product yet but much anticipated and heavily rumored. So far a Sony exec. leak reavealed it will have an 8 MP camera. Mounting pressure from recent competitive products should inspire Apple to do some serious innovating in order to maintain market dominance.
Transparent Display Panels: LG and Samsung have come to the game with early announcements of future very cool transparent OLED panels. LG’s 31″ prorotype display is wowing stunned crowds wherever it has been shown.
HTML 5: Not actually a product, HTML 5 represents a whole new era of web design specifications. HTML 5 introduces a new generation and class of robust web applications and multimedia content. It will also reduce developer dependence on proprietary plug-ins.
Solid State Drives: Not only is SSD more reliable but they significantly increase computer performance and in some cases empower instant boot up making it feel like you have a whole new computer. As capacities increase and prices get more in line with traditional drives we can easily see SSD taking over. Sales are already starting to go through the roof.
