Just launched Mon. Oct. 29 here in San Francisco Microsoft’s new Phone 8 is taking its place along side Microsoft’s new Surface Tablet as a huge part of the Redmond, WA company’s comprehensive mission to acheive renewed relevance and regain a seat at the head of the table of technology innovation and industry leadership.
There are other parts the Microsoft’s mega-complex to be put in place such as the recently released Windows 8 and Surface but for the moment we have a good look at some of what we can expect like the slew of Windows 8 phones promised for November.
I am still not totally sold on the Tile-style Interface, but if I ever get a chance to live with a device for a time, it might possibly grow on me. Just as an aside I usually like variety and color choice but in phones I can live without it. To me It looks silly and a bit cheap even though the devices seem to be high quality.
I may just be losing my mind but to you is Steve Ballmer starting to resemble Superman’s Lexx Luther?
