Other than the finish and special edition presentation accessories which are really nice, the specificationd for the new Titanium Special Edition D-Lux 5 camera are about the same as the standard but less fancy and more affordable Leica D-Lux 5.
Addendum: One friend who is a professional photographer and a long-time classic Leica owner suggests that for value and resale purposes going for the Special Edition version especially if you have both the opportunity and means.
